We offer a property management service as an option for landlords may be renting for the first time and need the property to be managed whether they moving away from Cardiff or landlords with multiple properties and they want a bit of peace of mind. Our charges are 10% management fee per month, plus a set up fee of 25% of the first month rent per contract, normally contract are either 6 months or 12 months .
